Tuesday Dinners are Back
But we need your help! No longer will one person be providing the dinners that we all enjoy. We now have a rotating list of volunteers. One person each week is responsible for providing a main dish, and another provides salad, bread and butter. Dessert is always welcome, but optional. Meals do not have to be homemade - if you are not the cooking type! See Michaela Ross or Susan McKie to sign-up or if you have any questions.
If you are buying dinner on a Tuesday night, please remember that meals are $5 for adults and $3 for children 11 and under. If this causes a hardship, please see Heidi.
This is a great way for all of us to enjoy dinner on a skating night (no rushing! no cooking!) and the money raised goes back into the club to help pay expenses, which keeps our dues low.

Test Center December 10
On Wednesday, December 10, the RH Hudson Skating Club will hold a test center. Contact the coaches by December 1 if you want to take any tests on this date.

New Club Patches
The new club patches are available for purchase. A picture of the new patch is included in the September 30 newsletter (click the "Newsletters" button). Prices of the patches are:
$5 for the first patch
$4 for the second patch
$3 for all subsequent patches
Since most competitors will want more than one patch, this pricing scheme was devised to benefit the skaters that buy several patches. |
